Allergy Updates and Apoquel

December 2022 

Over the past year mommas noticed I have been itchy more than in the past.  Really all over itchy.  My chest had red spots.  Under my arm I have this weird itchy place.

I have been on my apoquel daily for one month straight.  My skin isn't itchy, the red spots are gone, Im less restless/sensitive to touch, and the swelling above my shoulder blades is gone.  Life is good.  Thank the lord for Apoquel. 

March 2023

A lot of my allergy issues have been relieved.  However as of 3-20-2023 the start of spring....my allergies are kicking my curly behind.  My paws are itchy and one has a little red bump. No bueno.  I go to the dogtor soon to see if we should change my meds or what.  Mommas also going to have them check my back.

 Ive had a bit of flaky skin and a lot of sun spots pop up this past year.

New Year New Study

 Embark offered certain dogs the ability to pawticipate in an Age Test Study.  

I was chosen.  Oh boy!!!

The kit arrived furry quick. 

 It was the same simple process as last time.  

Wait 30 min between eating or play.  Swab the cheek for 30 seconds to a minute.

Put swab in the liquid and lightly shake for 15 seconds.

All done!

We labeled the envelope and sent it back.

Now with this being a research project I wont get the results...Those are top secret.  But knowing I am helping to broaden Embarks research and database....Thats pretty pawsome.

Fresh Pet Topper

 We decide to try a new food topper.  So one chilly evening in late December we did a Target run.

Pupdate we have been eating this for about 3 months.  its our favorite topper by far!

How Have 3 Months Passed

 It's been over 3 months since we blogged.  Time has flown by.  We will be doing a sort of photo dump.  Just cute moments from the past few months.  Life has not been that exciting but we are still adorable and want to share.  BOL
