This "eye" catching piece is located on 8th St in Wichita Falls. It is titled "Cleopatra's Eyes" and was painted by the talented Ralph Stearns. It is on a building owned by local businessman and fellow artist Smith Walker. The vision was to have some fun and exciting when people come over the hill and get a Welcome to Down Town Feel. Which it truly does! The bright colors against the white back ground really do pop.
