Road Trip Down Sheppard Access Road

Nothing better than a nice long drive from Wichita Falls to Burkburnett just to explore.  

Its very rural area and boy there are lots of sights and smells!  

First thing we found was a big pasture of horses.  

Oh so pretty and smelly!!!

On down the road we found a sign saying there was a Rodeo Arena.

Heck Yea Poppy lets go!

We have arrived at the Red River Riding Assc.  

Oh Poppy is that cow pie I smell?  

The gates were closed so we couldn't go in and investigate but...

They had a beautiful tin Texas sign...

...and a tin Oklahoma sign. #representation

Good times momma!

Mother....can we continue on and see where this road leads?

Angel Lucy Spoke to Me

 On a recent drive we spotted this furry cool building and momma said lets try out your training Pop. (Peep our rabies and licenses on the leash with our niteize caribiner) 

Way out in the country sits this little adobe office building for Midway Materials.  They have septic tanks, top soil, compost and sand available for sale to the public.  By the office they have an american flag, a sniffing doggie statue and texas cutouts on their porchlights.  10/10 for decor!

I really wasn't sure what to do.....

But then I heard little whispers from Angel Lucy....She said stand tall and look proud. Thanks Lucy!

Medium Peanut Butter 2 Knot Rope

 Another Spark Review item for us pups.  Its the medium peanut butter 2 knot rope.  It smells yummy, great for shredding and has held up nicely so far.  I do keep it in my kennel for when mommas working on crate time with us.  Its one of my faves!

Crate Adventures

 Momma has had people over a couple times the past few weeks and well she said "we act up" and "are too barky" and "are ankle biters".  Yes and your point is momma?  Anyhoo we have been working on relaxing in our crates and when company does come over momma gives us tasty treats and blocks off the kennel so we arent as tempted to bark.  

Its going ok.  But Sissy forgot to take her chew chew from the last training session and well I just had to snatch it from her crate.

SCORE!  Back to my lair!
